In the main house the accommodation is as follows:

On the first floor are two double bedroom suites.

• The master suite has a large double with Super King-sized bed, a shower room and separate dressing room
• The second suite has an antique half-tester King-sized bed, separate area for clothes storage, and large bathroom with roll-top bath

On the second floor are five further bedrooms comprising:

• The Pink Room with Super King-sized four poster
• The White Room with twin beds
• The Lilac Room with antique wrought iron double bed
• The Brown Room with antique brass double bed
• The Yellow Room with a double bed

The second floor has a bathroom and a separate shower room.

On the ground floor there is a large newly equipped farmhouse kitchen with flagstone floor. It contains a twin electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, double-sized fridge and separate freezer and solid fuel range cooker. The sink is in a central island unit. The adjoining utility room has a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer and a large butler sink. There is a dining room, a living room with widescreen television and DVD player, and log-burning stove and a study with broadband computer access, plus a ground floor cloakroom.

There is further accommodation for 4 people in a separate cottage on the farm. Most of the accommodation is downstairs and there are no steps into the cottage which has been awarded a Mobility Rating Level 1 and is very suitable for less mobile guests. The first floor has a Super King-sized double bedroom whilst the ground floor has a twin bedroom, a wet-room / wc, kitchen, dining area and open plan large living area. There is under-floor heating throughout the ground floor.

In both properties, all bed linen and towels etc will be provided for the duration of the stay and cleaning is included for the week.
